Refund Policy

At SwathaLearn, we are committed to providing high-quality education. We understand that circumstances can change, and we have designed this Refund Policy to be fair to both students and the institute. Please read this policy carefully before making a payment.

The following refund schedule applies when a student cancels enrolment:

For single-day or short-duration workshops:

• Cancellation more than 48 hours before the workshop: Full refund
• Cancellation within 24–48 hours: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 24 hours or no-show: No refund

If SwathaLearn cancels a course or workshop due to insufficient enrolment, faculty unavailability, or force majeure, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an equivalent upcoming batch at no additional cost.

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

• Registration and administrative fees
• Printed study materials already dispatched
• Certificates already issued
• Courses where the student has completed more than 50% of the content

To request a refund, email us at edu@swasthalearn.com with your registered email, order reference number, and reason for cancellation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

If you believe a refund has been incorrectly denied, please write to edu@swasthalearn.com with full details. We will review and respond within 5 business days. Our decision, after review, shall be final.
