Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using SwathaLearn (swasthalearn.com), creating an account, or enrolling in any course or workshop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

You must be at least 16 years of age to register on SwathaLearn. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Minors between 16–18 require parental or guardian consent.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You may not share your account with others or allow multiple users to access a single account.
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility.
• Notify us immediately at edu@swasthalearn.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Upon successful payment and enrolment, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access course content for the duration specified at the time of enrolment. Access may be extended at our discretion.

Course content — including videos, PDFs, quizzes, and live sessions — is provided for your personal educational use only. Commercial use, redistribution, or reproduction of any course material is strictly prohibited.

Certificates of completion are issued only upon satisfying all of the following:

• Minimum 75% attendance in scheduled live sessions
• Submission of all required assessments
• Passing the end-of-course examination with a minimum score of 60%

The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of academic dishonesty or violation of these Terms.

All students and faculty are expected to:

• Treat all community members with respect during live sessions and on discussion boards.
• Refrain from sharing, copying, or distributing copyrighted course materials.
• Avoid any form of cheating or impersonation in examinations.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or spam-related activities.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. SwathaLearn does not store card details.

Fees are due at the time of enrolment. Non-payment may result in access being restricted until outstanding amounts are settled.

All content on SwathaLearn — including course materials, videos, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of Swastha Institute of Allied Sciences. Unauthorised use, copying, or distribution is a violation of applicable copyright laws and these Terms.

SwathaLearn provides educational content in good faith. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from reliance on course content. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the fee paid for the relevant course or workshop.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Registered users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Anakapalli, Andhra Pradesh.
